‘I seem to become smaller and smaller as the strength, largeness and weight of what the silent flowers teach me become larger by the day.‘I think of how happy I will be if I could go inside the flowers and live in the shade of branches and flower petals, but as it is, I still cannot conceive everything the flowers silently teach us.‘

I admire people who can sing. I have great respect for poetry. And I try desperately to arrange flowers to express my feeling of life.

‘I love the fragrance, colour, shape and touch of flowers so much that I feel I no longer can live without them.’
